The Kuleana Youth Programme Kenya was initiated by AIESEC Kenya in 2011 to connect the organizations around the country with the global youth to promote the communities development.

The work in each organization is done on a team-based structure formed by AIESEC interns from around the globe. The teams are selected for around 2 months work with possibility to extend according to the organizations’ needs, interacting with each other as a network to build organizational sustainability.
